Refund & Returns Policy

As the majority of our items are donated or pre-loved, we encourage customers to choose local pickup whenever possible. This allows you to inspect the item before completing your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations.

For items that are shipped, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or returns. This is because the charitable commission from each sale is distributed to our rescue animals shortly after the purchase is completed.
